The role is centered on internal technical coordination after contract award: plans, procurement, work sequence, module compliance and quality, until handover to site execution. An ideal opportunity if you want to leave traditional construction while remaining in the concrete, at the heart of decisions and production. Responsibilities — expected deliverables in internal technical coordination Coordinate the technical drawing team and ensure follow-up on deliverables to meet client needs. Validate the alignment of plans with the construction sequence and coordinate the required technical adjustments. Collaborate with procurement and secure the order of the right materials at the right time. Monitor production progress and verify that modules are built according to plans. Work closely with quality control and quickly address observed discrepancies. Identify inconsistencies, defects, or potential risks and establish clear follow-ups with internal teams. Ensure structured handover of the file to the site project manager to support smooth execution. Profile sought — essential requirements and ways of working Demonstrate experience in construction project management (ideally in multi-residential, institutional, or commercial). Master the reading and interpretation of plans as well as understanding the construction sequence. Understand wood framing and navigate comfortably in projects related to wood structure, modular construction, or factory manufacturing. Read and understand plans, documents, and communications in English. Work autonomously, with structure and rigor in a growing and transforming environment. Communicate clearly, exercise coordination leadership, and manage priorities effectively. Maintain an overview, demonstrate attention to detail, and quickly spot inconsistencies.

Work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (typical schedule 7:30 AM to 4 PM) with flexible hours.
