Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic technical projects. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of deliverables within established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Your main responsibilities: Monitor and manage the execution of technical projects for equipment design and manufacturing. Validate technical requirements and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues. Plan and monitor deliverables in engineering, manufacturing, and sales. Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement action plans. Manage project scope, quality, budget, and timelines. Maintain clear communication with clients and teams. Internal
Participate in equipment testing, installation, and commissioning
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and prioritization meetings
Desired Profile
University degree in administration, engineering, business, or any relevant field
PMP certification (an asset)
8 to 10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally in equipment design/manufacturing)
Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project
Bilingualism (French and English), Spanish is a plus PLUS Results-oriented leadership focused on customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
